I am criminal defense attorney, Jon Clark, in Roanoke, Virginia. My practice is 100% committed to criminal defense. I am a two-time former prosecutor with over five years of legal experience. If the cost is within your budget, then you’ll complete some paperwork and I’ll officially be your attorney. If the cost is too much, we do offer payment plans, however, 25% of the cost must be paid upfront before any paperwork is signed.

Once I become your attorney, I will then go review the evidence in your case, speak with any witnesses, assess witness credibility, review your criminal record, approximate the amount of active jail time you may be facing based upon the Virginia Sentencing Guidelines, conduct legal research and ultimately deliver to you a written assessment of your case, including a discussion of possible case strategies and what the most likely outcome of your case will be.
